What an inlay is
An inlay is a custom piece made to fit the tooth exactly, then bonded in place. It's used when a cavity or old filling is too big for a regular filling, but most of the tooth is still healthy.
Why choose one
- Keeps more of your natural tooth than a crown
- Made to fit your tooth exactly
- Strong for chewing on back teeth
- Tooth-colored options
How it works
- We remove the decay or old filling
- We take an impression of the tooth
- You wear a temporary while the inlay is made
- We bond the inlay in place and check your bite
Ence Members save 20% on restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with no deductibles, no yearly maximums and no waiting periods.
