When you need a filling
A cavity is a small hole where decay has worn through the enamel. Caught early, it's fixed with a simple filling. Left alone, it can grow and need a bigger repair.

After your visit
Your cheek may feel numb for a couple of hours. Wait to eat until the numbness wears off, and call us if your bite feels high.
