Wendy

Office Manager

Wendy is the Office Manager at Ence Dentistry. She brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field. For nearly nine years here in our practice, she's helped patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their dental care while building lasting relationships with them and their families.

Outside of work, she enjoys biking, boating, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Amy

Dental Hygienist

Amy is one of our registered dental hygienists at Ence Dentistry. She has over 30 years of experience in the dental field, starting as a receptionist and then dental assistant and finally as a hygienist with over 25 years of experience as a hygienist, many of those years at Ence Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys hobby bee keeping, hiking, canyoneering and travel. She also loves spending time with her family.

Angela Ence Ayala

Dental Hygienist

At 15, Angela started helping her dad at the office, and she kept at it until she went to dental hygiene school. She graduated from the Dixie State dental hygiene program in 2007 and worked full time until 2011, then went part time after having kids. She and her husband, Alan, have three children.

Angela loves spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, swimming, sports, and watching her kids grow and develop. She enjoys meeting patients and getting to know them all while cleaning their teeth.

Ashley Conover

Dental Hygienist

Ashley graduated from the Dixie State College dental hygiene program in 2002 and has worked part time for Dr. Ence for over two decades. She is married to Matt, and they have three kids.

She loves to hike, fish, and go to Lake Powell and Joe's Valley with family and friends. Ashley is always up for an adventure.

Heidi

Dental Hygienist

Heidi is a dental hygienist with 17 years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for getting to know her patients and giving them great care. She studied at Dixie State University and BYU–Hawaii before earning her bachelor's degree from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene.

Outside of the office, life is busy and fun. She is married with four kids, and you can usually find her cheering them on at one of their many sporting events. When she's not at the ball field or soccer field, she loves traveling with friends and family, hiking, playing soccer, and making the most of every adventure.

Bethany

Certified Dental Assistant

Bethany is a certified dental assistant and has been assisting here at Ence Dentistry going on 5 years now. She started her career in 2017 and loves what she does.

Outside of work she loves yoga, walking her dogs with her boyfriend and traveling.

Ronnie

Insurance Coordinator

Ronnie is a certified dental assistant with more than 10 years of experience in the dental field. Since beginning her career in 2014, she has gained extensive hands-on experience in dental laboratory procedures, chairside assisting, insurance coordination, and billing. Her diverse background enables her to support both patients and dental teams by helping make the insurance and billing process as clear, efficient, and stress-free as possible.

Ronnie especially enjoys being part of the wholesome, patient-centered environment that Ence Dentistry has created. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Bonnie Potter

Bonnie grew up right here in St. George, in her dad's dental practice. She's loved dentistry most of her life.

Bonnie will tell you her education is that she's “been around the block...twice!” She has been with Ence Dentistry long enough to know all the secrets. Her favorite part of being at Ence Dentistry is the people she meets and the team she works with.

Malory

Receptionist

A St. George native, Malory brings a lifelong passion for patient care to the Ence Dentistry family. Growing up in a family of dental practitioners inspired her own journey into the field, where she now performs front desk operations with warmth and dedication. She takes great pride in helping patients navigate their visits and building meaningful, lasting relationships with everyone who walks through the door.

Outside the office, Malory has been happily married for 19 years and loves cheering on her six extraordinary children at their various activities. In her limited quiet time, she enjoys getting lost in a good fantasy book, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
