Ence Dentistry offers extractions at our office on Main Street in St. George, Utah, for patients from all over Southern Utah. Call (435) 628-2667 or book online.
When an extraction is needed
We always try to save a tooth first. When a tooth is badly broken, decayed or infected, removing it can be the healthiest choice.
How it works
- We numb the area well
- We gently loosen and remove the tooth
- We place gauze and go over aftercare
- We talk about replacing the tooth if needed
After your visit
Rest, keep gauze in place as directed, avoid straws and smoking for a few days, and eat soft foods. Call us if bleeding or pain gets worse instead of better.
We're in network with many dental plans and will help you use your benefits. We also offer an extended payment plan with interest-free options, and CareCredit.
